- When Coaching Is the Right Choice
While coaching can help reduce underperformance, it is not recommended for situations where the coachee’s resources are very limited. In such cases, work supervision or contacting occupational health care may be more appropriate.
- Flexible & Practical
Sessions last 60–90 minutes and are scheduled to fit the coachee’s calendar. Coaching can also complement other leadership training or follow-up on assessment results.
